| Lauren Hammond OFA Guide / Day Trip Manager
Lauren continues to rank at the top of the guide roster with a solid set of skills and certifications. Clients just love her guiding style, finding her very friendly, helpful and accommodating. She is very passionate about this industry and that passion has now earned her a spot in the management team of OFA. Lauren has become an integral part of Out For Adventure both guiding trips and partnering with our retail and day trip expansion called Green Root Adventures. |
 | John Bestfather OFA Guide John is natural leader and excellent guide. His great sense of humour, calm demeanor and guiding knowledge base makes him one of the best. John holds many certifications including Wilderness First Aid, Level 3 SFRT, ORCA Flatwater Instructor, ORCA Level 1 Moving Water, ARCA Tandem River Instructor, Mountain Bike Trail Guide cert, Bronze Medallion, CSIA Level 1, and OFA Nature Interpretation. John has been an OFA team member since 2005. |
 | Mack Thompson Assistant Guide
Mack is a real local Quadra Island guy. He has spent his entire life here on Quadra Exploring and growing up. He spends his time off enjoying sea kayaking, hiking and paintball. His forte' is an eye for details and organization which guests will experience in the trips Mack works on. Another old hand here at OFA, Mack will be doing some Assistant Guiding for this season and we are proud to have him back for his fourth year as part of our team. |

| Mike White OFA Guide After many years of sea kayak guiding Mike has knows his way around British Columbia's coast line as if it were his backyard. Mike is renowned for his charming witty persona that coupled with his intimate local knowledge ranks him as one of the best guides on the coast. Watch your coffee though, he loves the stuff. The photo is the whole White family - they're all kayakers! Mike has been guiding with OFA for over 7 years running. |
 | Genna Thomson OFA Guide Genna is a star guide that comes from New Zealand, having guided in Able Tasman and Turkey. She has a passion for adventure which she seems to impart on her clients without trying. Genna is a great sea kayak instructor and mentor but realy enjoys the multi-day trips. She never seems to want to take time off. A beautiful person that clients rave about. |
 | Kyle Mulinder OFA Guide
Kyle hails from New Zealand but is a familiar face to Out For Adventure from previous seasons. Always a huge hit with clients of all ages Kyle is a full-on pro guide with a heavy dose of humor that's keeps everyone up. So popular with our previous clients Kyle even had one couple name their first born after him - no joke! Ask him to tell you the story. Kyle has been with us since 2005. |

| Beth Martin Reservations To anyone who has booked a trip with OFA, Beth hardly needs introduction. She handles the head office details of Out For Adventure Wilderness Tours Ltd. With many years experience in business and management, she has spent the last ten years involved with the tourism industry. |
 | Lewis Bot Base Crew / Assistant Guide Lewis has worked behind the scenes for a few years prepping and detailing for our British Columbia trips. A great team member and hard worker, Lewis Bot has earned a reputation for being consistently reliable. We are pleased to have Lewis returning for the 3rd year for our Base Crew as well as some Assistant Guiding. |
 | Jim Martin Expeditions Director Jim is one of the founders of Out For Adventure Wilderness Tours. He spends as much time as he can guiding groups on various adventures from Algonquin Park and the Halliburton Highlands to the West Coast of British Columbia because it's what he loves the most. Jim has been paddling a canoe since he was old enough to walk and migrated to sea kayaking later on. |
 | Jenny OFA Guide When it comes to natural interpretation Jenny has developed some incredible ideas and methods of sharing this knowledge. She has an incredible memory of anything she learns and unique interesting ways to share it. When not entertaining clients on multiday trips she is helping at our base with trip logistics, planning and preparation. Jenny comes from New Zealand but also speaks French and Russian. A highly iintelligent woman and a great guide Jenny makes every trip a special one. |
