Sea Kayaking BC Instruction 101

This is an introductory single day (approx 6 hours) course that teaches kayaking basics. You'll learn:

*setting up your kayak for safety and comfort
*rudder and steering technique expert

Who should take this one day course?
Everyone interested in sea kayaking. Those that are new to the sport. People who have signed up for a multi-day course and would like to be prepared with advance knowledge so they may feel more comfortable and confident on their trip. Anyone who plans on renting kayaks and heading out on their own.
