Cancellation Policy
Out For Adventure reserves the right to alter itineraries or to cancel scheduled tours for reasons including and not limited to, insufficient bookings, logistical problems that may obstruct tour operations or adverse weather. Should we have to cancel a tour due to insufficient bookings we will do so at least 14 days prior to the departure date. In the event of a cancellation by Out For Adventure, we may be able to offer alternative arrangements, such as a different tour or date. If this is not acceptable we will refund all monies paid, but will not be liable for any other losses incurred such as accommodations, airline tickets, equipment purchased, credit card fees, etc.

If it is necessary for you to cancel your tour reservation/s, we require that you do so in writing to avoid confusion. After receiving your written request to cancel, we will refund your payment according to the following schedule.

Refund Schedule For Multi-day Tours
More than 60 days prior to departure, full refund less deposit.
60 to 30 days prior to departure, full refund less 50% of the total tours cost or deposit paid, whichever is greater.
29 - 15 days prior to departure, Full refund less 75% of the total tour cost.
14 days or less prior to departure, no refund.

Please Note
On any cancelled tour, if we can fill the seat you have cancelled, we will reimburse all monies you have paid to us for your cancelled trip less a $75.00 administration fee.
