Out For Adventure recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of our customers and is commited to our privacy policy as stated below.

Privacy Statement:

Any and all personal information collected about our customers will be kept confidential. The use of this information is to provide the tour(s) requested and to enable us to contact you. Medical and personal information will be disclosed to the head and assistant guides so that they may be able to understand your abilities or concerns, or so that in the event of a medical situation/emergency they will be prepared to handle the situation. Such information may also be necessary to disclose to emergency/rescue personnel. The information you provide us will not otherwise be forwarded to any third party.

Cancellation Policy - Scheduled Tours

Out For Adventure reserves the right to alter itineraries or to cancel scheduled tours for reasons including and not limited to, insufficient bookings, logistical problems that may obstruct tour operations or adverse weather. Should we have to cancel a tour due to insufficient bookings we will do so at least 14 days prior to the departure date. In the event of a cancellation by Out For Adventure, we may be able to offer alternative arrangements, such as a different tour or date. If this is not acceptable we will refund all monies paid, but will not be liable for any other losses incurred such as accommodations, airline tickets, equipment purchased, credit card fees, etc.
If it is necessary for you to cancel your tour reservation/s, we require that you do so in writing to avoid confusion. After receiving your written request to cancel, we will refund your payment according to the following schedule.

Cancellation Policy for Custom Tours

If you are creating your own custom tour the above cancellation policy does not apply. Please contact our office for details.
