Terms & Conditions - Out For Adventure Wilderness Tours Ltd. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Reservation Policy:
To book a tour Out For Adventure Wilderness Tours Ltd. requires a deposit of $250 CAD per person with the balance due 60 days prior to tour departure for multi-day tours. If booking within 60 days of a tour date we require full payment of the tour cost. For lessons, clinics and day tours full payment is due upon booking.
Harmonized Sales Tax (HST)
The Harmonized Sales Tax as required by the British Columbia government is added to all sales.On tours an additional 12% HST will be added to your tour cost.
Exchange Rate:
Tour costs are billed in Canadian funds. Estimates are given for other currencies but are for reference only and although we do our best to update regularly, the are not necessarily current. Out For Adventure Wilderness Tours Ltd. bills in Canadian funds only. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Not Included in Tour Costs:
Tour costs do not include any applicable taxes, cancellation insurance, personal insurance, air fare, accommodations before & after tour, or gratuities for guides.

Medical & Liability Release Forms:
We require medical and liability release forms to be completed and signed prior the day preceding your departure date. These forms must be filled out and returned to us as soon as possible after booking. All forms are with your Out For Adventure Welcome Package download.
