Then show your friends, family, coworker or, club etc. the website, describe the trip and give out your code. It's that easy. As soon as you have the minimum required number on your trip we will send your free trip confirmation with all the details.

FAQ’s for Free Vacations

What is free?

1. Your Entire Trip.
   The sea kayaking trip complete as sold on our website is free for 1 person if you book your group of 8 including yourself all on the same date. That means you and only 7 other people.
2. Your Dinner.
   Your dinner, the group organizer for the night before you adventure begins.
3. Your Accommodation.
   Your pre-trip accommodations at one of our VIP quality providers. Basically you just pay to get yourself to Campbell River, British Columbia, Canada and we pay the rest!

How do I book for others in my group?
Each traveler can book individually using your Group Leader code. You receive this code after signing up for the Group Leader program. This is the reason that we ask that you sign-up for the program. You do not have to worry about collecting money or paying deposits for others - we take of all the financial details.

Am I obligated after I sign-up?
No. Signing up for the Group Leader program will only show our system that you are trying to organize your group for some specific dates. It also issues you a Group Leader code that entitles your group to the 5% discount when booking.

Will my dates be held for our group?
We are unable to hold dates on speculation but we do pencil the group in as it goes. We recommend that you have each person book as soon as they know they want to attend, that way they will have their spot reserved.

What if I don’t get all ten in the group?
Each scenario is different but If you are unable to get the other 7 spaces filled, you will not qualify for a free vacation but you may still receive substantial discounts on your space. Contact our office at the time and we'll work it through.

What if I have to cancel?
Our normal Cancellation Policy stands for all paid clients in the group. The free traveler space holds no cash value.

What is NOT included?
Souvenirs, gratuities and any other costs not strictly included in the program as stated are NOT included. Really though, other than your flight to Campbell River one should be able to get by under $150.00 CAD depending on your preferences of course.

What am I responsible for?
You are not officially responsible for anything. All you have to do is round up 7 other people for your group. They book independently and directly with Out For Adventure. All questions, inquiries etc are dealt directly with the company.

How do I sign-up?
Go to our on-line sign up page for Group Leaders and you can begin calling your friends immediately. You will receive your group leader code within 24 hours.
